I cannot remember a time in my life when fishing was not a part. South Texas was I wonderful place for fishing, especially Falcon Lake. In the early 70′s, while in college, I was introduced to bass fishing tournaments and I was instantly hooked (pun intended).
I fished many tournaments and was encouraged to fish the BASS circuit by some special fishing buddies (now renown pros), but raising my kids took priority. In 1977 I began part-time guiding (though not always my highest priority). But now, I devote my energy towards the great sport of fishing, as a full time freshwater guide.
My passion is learning to be a better angler and sharing my knowledge through educational training, on and off the water. I am blessed with the desire, perseverance and patience to instruct others. So, I relish every opportunity to promote fishing and education.
